How Auspi Enterprises collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our website or contact us.

Last updated: October 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Auspi Enterprises (“Auspi”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit www.auspienterprises.com (the “Website”), send us an inquiry through the Website, or otherwise interact with us online. Auspi Enterprises is a group of companies providing PCB design, manufacturing and assembly services; the group companies and their addresses are listed on our Contact Us page.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit an inquiry or contact form on the Website we collect the information you enter:

  • subject, company name, country, contact name, position, phone number and email address;
  • the message you write, and any file you choose to upload.

If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we also receive the details you send us.

Information collected automatically

  • With every form submission we record the date and time, the page you submitted the form from, your browser’s user-agent string and your IP address.
  • Approximate location. When you visit the Website, a script asks the third-party service ipinfo.io to look up the approximate location (city and country) of your IP address. This is added to the form so we can see where an inquiry comes from.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, including those used for analytics and advertising measurement (see section 3).

2. How we use information

  • to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations, provide our services and manage our business relationship with you;
  • to operate, secure and improve the Website, including protecting our forms from spam and abuse;
  • to understand how visitors use the Website and to measure how well our marketing and advertising work;
  • to comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

3. Cookies, analytics and advertising

The Website shows a cookie banner (provided by CookieYes) where you can choose Accept All, Reject All or Customize. The banner groups cookies into the categories Necessary, Functional, Analytics, Performance and Advertisement. Your choice is stored in a cookie named cookieyes-consent for up to 365 days, and CookieYes keeps a log of consent choices. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the banner will then appear again on your next visit.
