Conflict Mineral
At AUSPI Enterprises, we are fully committed to ethical business practices and responsible sourcing. As part of our ongoing dedication to corporate social responsibility, we support and comply with global initiatives aimed at preventing the use of conflict minerals that directly or indirectly finance armed conflict or human rights abuses.
Our Commitment:
We are committed to ensuring that our supply chain does not knowingly source conflict minerals—specifically tantalum, tin, tungsten, and gold (3TG)—from mines in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or adjoining countries that are not certified as “conflict-free.”
Compliance & Transparency:
- We are aligning our practices with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains.
- We work closely with our suppliers to trace the origin of 3TG minerals and ensure their smelters are validated through industry standards such as the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI).
- AUSPI requests suppliers to complete Conflict Minerals Reporting Templates (CMRT) and disclose sourcing transparency when applicable.
Global Scope:
This Conflict Minerals Policy applies to all AUSPI Enterprises’ global branches, affiliates, and subsidiaries. Every AUSPI location worldwide is expected to uphold this commitment and adhere to the same due diligence standards and ethical sourcing principles.
Our Message to Customers and Partners:
AUSPI Enterprises takes pride in being a responsible EMS provider and PCB manufacturer. We understand that ethical sourcing is not just a compliance issue—it is a commitment to global sustainability and human dignity. We thank our valued customers and suppliers for joining us in this important effort.
